   Did you know we offer Spam filtering with this service?  With this service we will filter out 99.9% of all the spam and Virus infected attachments from your email.  You will also receive a Digest and Stats Report by email daily.  The Digest report contains all the spam filtered for you.  In the event that a 'Good' email gets caught in the spam filter, there is a link right in the digest report to release that email.  If you choose you can also permanently allow email from that sender (whitelist).  Upon release of an email in the Digest Report, you will receive that email within seconds.  The Stats report provides you with an overview of the total email and the number & percentage of spam that was filtered out for the previous 24 hour period.

 

All of this service is available to you for only $3 per email address per month with your Hosted Exchange Email Accounts. (Included with Platinum Plan)

If you do Not have a domain name, you can go to http://biztools.glsmanagedservices.com  to register a new name, or we will handle this for you for only $20.00 per year.  If you do have a domain name you would like to use, we will need to have the mail records updated by you or by us.  We will contact you to get this information.

Payment:   When your new Hosted Exchange Email Solution is fully implemented, you will receive your first invoice via US Mail or email.   This invoice will cover your next months service starting on the 1st day through the last day of the month (Unless you choose to pay Semi Annually or Annually).  The partial month you started in will be your FREE Trial period and you will not be charged for it.

 

You will receive a invoice the first of the following month.

Payment must be made by the due date to continue your new service.
