How does all this work?
We will
install a small monitoring agent on your critical servers and
workstations. This small software agent will communicate
the status of your equipment and all running applications to our
Network Operations Center (NOC). When a piece of hardware or
software application goes out of its threshold boundary, an alert is
generated at the NOC. Then a system engineer will look at
this alert and make a decision of how to handle it. We
offer two (2) options. We can notify your staff of all
critical alerts, or we can take action remotely and immediately to
correct the problem as well as providing notification. With
either option, your systems are monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week
by a team of professionals.
General Maintenance
When is the last time you have run a defrag or system
cleanup on your servers or workstations? We have found
that ensuring routine maintenance is performed on a regular basis will
keep your systems running efficiently and drastically reduce
maintenance costs. We will perform regular maintenance on
your systems remotely as an included part of our Managed Services.
